When you tile for a showroom or a main contractor, put tile, adhesive, and grout on their own lines, marked as materials. The deduction comes off the labour alone, at 20%, 30%, or 0% for gross payment status, and the invoice shows the gross total and the net the showroom actually pays. If you are both VAT registered, a separate tick applies the domestic reverse charge and prints the wording HMRC expects.

When they pay the £1,989.00, the invoice settles in full and the deduction is booked as a non-cash settlement.
Yes. Each day on site is a visit on the job, booked for the morning, the afternoon, all day, or a set time. Sendinvo emails the client in your company’s name when you book one, and again if you move it, unless you untick the box. A wetroom that takes three days gets three visits on the Schedule.

On an overdue sterling invoice to another business, Sendinvo shows the statutory interest accrued and the fixed compensation the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 allows, from £40 on a debt under £1,000, and one click drafts a separate interest invoice for you to read before it goes. No. Sendinvo books the visits and gets you paid for the job, but it doesn’t measure a floor up for you. Photos you add to the job stay with it, sorted into before, during, and after. To send the client a picture of the finished floor, attach it to the invoice email, up to 10 MB of files, not counting the invoice PDF, and it rides alongside the invoice rather than printing on it.
