£20 a month, billed monthly, for one person. That is every feature: CIS deductions, the reverse charge, deposits and stage payments, reminders, late payment interest, and card and instant bank payment. Nothing is held back for a bigger plan. Each person you add is £5 a month, however many that is, and Viewers are free.

No. Every account starts with 30 days of everything, free, with no card and no invoice limit. When the trial is up, subscribe to keep sending. If you don’t, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Yes. Set your CIS rate once, 20%, 30%, or 0% for gross-payment status, and tick the deduction on a sterling invoice. Sendinvo takes it off the labour alone, shows the gross total with the net amount due, and books the deduction when the contractor pays the net, so the invoice settles in full.

If your company is VAT-registered, a reverse-charge tick box appears inside the CIS block. Tick it and the invoice shows no VAT and carries the HMRC wording, “Reverse charge: customer to account for VAT to HMRC”, with the rate and the VAT amount that would otherwise have applied.

Yes. Split a draft invoice into a payment plan: a deposit as the first instalment, then one for each stage, every one with its own amount and due date, adding up to the contract total. Sendinvo chases the stage that’s due. A CIS invoice can’t be put on a payment plan, so bill subcontract work as its own CIS invoice and keep stage payments for the jobs you invoice direct.

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and every invoice can carry a “Pay now” link. Clients pay by card, or on a sterling invoice straight from their bank account with no card details to type. Either way the invoice marks itself off. Sendinvo takes no cut, though Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.

Yes. On an overdue sterling invoice to a business client, Sendinvo works out the statutory interest a commercial debt can carry under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, from the base rate you keep in your settings plus 8%, along with the fixed compensation, and drafts a separate interest invoice for you to review and send.

£5 a month for each person you add, with no cap and no bigger tier to move to. Anyone who only needs to look at the invoices without changing them can be a Viewer instead, and Viewers cost nothing.

No. Sendinvo is the getting-paid half of the job: quote, deposit, invoice, chase, paid. There’s no diary, no timesheets, and no job costing. If you need those, you need a job management system as well. If what you need is to be paid properly under CIS, you don’t.

No. Sendinvo gets the invoice right, with the deduction and the net amount due on it, and your accountant files the return from your records. It doesn’t verify subcontractors or send the CIS300 to HMRC.

Yes. Leave the CIS settings off and everything else works the same: quotes, deposits, reminders, recurring invoices, card and instant bank payment. It suits cleaners, gardeners, and landscapers just as well.

Yes. There’s no contract, cancel whenever you like and you won’t be billed again.
