A job is one piece of work for a client: where it is, who to ask for on site, its visits, its photos, and the quote and invoices that go with it. Sendinvo works out where each job stands from what’s happened, so the list tells you what to do next.
30 days of everything, free. No card needed.
From an accepted quote, press Start job and the client, the site, and the quote come with it. For work you didn’t quote, start one from scratch.
Book one visit or several. Each goes in the Schedule, and the client is emailed to say when you’re coming.
Start and finish each visit on the day, and add photos as you go. The job’s notes keep what the work needs, like the side gate code.
When the work’s done the job reads Ready to invoice. Raise invoice fills in the invoice from the quote, or from what’s left to invoice on it, and the job follows it through to Paid.
Each job’s status is worked out from its visits and its invoices, so it can’t disagree with them:
Each job has one button for what comes next, such as Book a visit, Start visit, Raise invoice, or Record payment.
A deposit invoiced and paid, the rest still to bill. A job in another currency keeps its figures in that currency, never added to pounds.
No. Quotes and invoices still work on their own. A job is there for work that needs visits, photos, or more than one invoice.
Yes. Raise as many invoices from a job as the work needs, a stage at a time or all at the end. The job adds them up, takes off any credit notes, and shows what’s left to invoice against the quote.
Sendinvo does, from the job’s visits and invoices: a visit started makes it In progress, a finished visit with nothing invoiced makes it Ready to invoice, and the invoice being paid makes it Paid. The one thing you set is Archived.
Yes, while nothing raised from it has been sent. After that, archive it instead: it leaves the list and keeps its history.
