The invoice or quote number, such as INV-0042, is enough for us to find it. There’s no need to send the document itself.
Never send a password, a sign-in code or card details. We’ll never ask for them, by email or anywhere else.
Apple takes the payment, so Apple manages it. Cancel or change it in Settings on your iPhone or iPad: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sendinvo. Refunds for App Store purchases are Apple’s to give, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
The business’s owner can sign in at sendinvo.com and open Billing in Profile to update the card, see invoices from us, or cancel. An admin can update the card.
You can delete your account yourself, on the web or in the app, from Delete account in Profile. It deletes your account and the data of every business you own. If other people are on a business you own, transfer it to one of them first, from Team. Deleting it doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through Apple, so turn off renewal in Settings first.
