How much does Sendinvo cost?

Do I need a card to try it?

Can I send quotes?
Yes. Send a quote with a secure link, your client accepts or declines in their browser, no login needed. You’re emailed the moment they answer, and turning an accepted quote into an invoice takes seconds.
Can my clients pay online?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account and every invoice can carry a “Pay now” link. Clients pay by card, or on a sterling invoice straight from their bank account with no card details to type. Either way the invoice marks itself off. Sendinvo takes no cut, though Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.
Can I invoice in other currencies?
Yes. Each invoice or quote can be in one of ten currencies, including pounds, US dollars, euros, and more. Totals are never converted or mixed between currencies.
Does Sendinvo handle CIS for subcontractors?
Yes. Set your CIS rate once and Sendinvo takes the deduction off the labour on each invoice, shows the gross total with the net amount due, and can apply the VAT domestic reverse charge.
Can I charge interest on late payments?
Yes. On an overdue sterling invoice, Sendinvo works out the statutory interest a commercial debt can carry under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, from the base rate you keep in your settings plus 8%, along with the fixed compensation, and drafts a separate interest invoice for you to review and send.
Does Sendinvo chase overdue invoices for me?
