Photos on documents

Photos on your invoices and quotes

Add up to two photos to any invoice or quote: the before and the after, the finished job, or the receipt for the parts. They resize in your browser and travel with the document your client opens, so the work speaks for itself.

Your first 3 invoices are free to send, no card needed.

How it works

Show the work, not just the bill

1

Attach a photo or two

Add up to two images to an invoice or quote, in JPEG, PNG, or WebP. A before and an after is the classic pair, but it’s whatever tells the story of the job.

2

They’re resized for you

Each photo is scaled down in your browser before it uploads, so a full-size snap off your phone just works and the document stays quick to open.

3

They travel with the document

Photos show in the live preview as you build, on the PDF you send, and on the secure link your client opens. No extra step, no separate email.

4

Reuse without re-attaching

Duplicate a quote or turn it into an invoice and the photos come along automatically, so a repeat job is a couple of edits, not a re-upload.

The details

Proof of the work, on the document

A photo settles questions before they’re asked. For trades and makers especially, showing the finished work next to the figure is the quickest way to a confident yes and a fast payment.

Where your client sees them

Photos appear on the invoice or quote itself: the PDF you attach, and the secure link your client opens in their browser. They are not shown on the separate card-payment page, which stays a clean payment summary, so your client sees the work on the document and pays from the payment screen.

Fast, even from a job site

Because each image is resized on your device before it uploads, a photo taken on site goes on the invoice without a slow upload or a heavy attachment. Two photos is the limit per document, kept deliberately lean so everything stays quick.

Carried through duplication and conversion

Photos aren’t stranded on one document. Duplicate a quote and they copy to the new draft; convert an accepted quote to an invoice and they carry across, so proof of the work follows the job from quote to paid.

Questions

Good to know

How many photos can I add?

Up to two photos on any one invoice or quote, in JPEG, PNG, or WebP. That’s enough for a before and an after, or a shot of the finished work next to the receipt for the parts.

Do big phone photos slow things down?

No. Each photo is resized in your browser before it uploads, so a large snap straight off your phone just works, and the document stays quick to open.

Where does my client see the photos?

On the invoice or quote itself. They appear in the live preview as you build, on the PDF you send, and on the secure link your client opens. They aren’t shown on the separate card-payment page, which is a payment summary only.

Do photos carry over when I duplicate or convert?

Yes. Duplicate a quote and its photos come along to the new draft, and turning an accepted quote into an invoice carries the photos across too, so you never re-attach them.

Let the work speak for itself.

Add a before and after to your next invoice, free, and send proof of the job with the bill.
